Welcome to Daylift (daylift.in). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing
We try to describe our products and show their images as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or offers at any time without notice.

2. Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

3. Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets (through Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

5. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse this website, copy its content or attempt to disrupt its operation.

6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Please use all products as per the instructions provided.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bathinda, Punjab.
